If you are using our Adviser Platform to set up or run auto enrolment schemes for your clients, you must have received explicit instructions and authorisation from each client to set up their scheme and / or manage their account, as well as have all required permissions to access, store, upload and manage their employees' data. We take your use of the platform as your representation and undertaking to us that you have such authorisations and permissions for each client and employee you add to, or manage within, a scheme.
If you have been authorised to set up a scheme which will then be managed internally by the client, you must not access or alter any account details or data following completion of the set up, unless you obtain the explicit approval of your client as well as all required permissions to access, store, upload and manage their employees' data. We are adding functionality to the platform that will allow the business signatory to promote or revoke access for an adviser and this will be released soon.
