"I found the process of transferring our payroll from NOW pensions to yourselves very straightforward. Our payroll is for 165 employees both weekly and monthly so I thought this would cause some issues, but it didn't. Once the transfer form was completed and the employee's details and their current status sent there wasn't really anything else to do until the first payroll run and pension file submission. We use Brightpay which is fully integrated and the whole process was seamless. A member of your support team talked me through the first few submissions and helped me resolve a few small issues. The support throughout has been extremely helpful and friendly."

"We are Accountants and Advisers. We offer a wide variety of services. Part of our service we have responsibility for over 70 payrolls for our Employers. (We are not a payroll bureau). Approx 25 needed to be Auto Enrolled for Pension Auto Enrolment. (Other than 2 of our employers, all have signed up with Smart). The process has not been easy with all the rules and regulations of TPR. Smart support has been invaluable. All the telephone advisers are extremely helpful. When we have needed extra support, this has been forthcoming and excellent by Jo-Ann Williams. Also, our accounts manager Lee Hadwin, and Ceri Ross have also been very helpful previously."

"Smart visited our offices and offered an easy solution to us so that we can provide a group pension plan to our clients. Their online portal is easy to use, very customer friendly and highlights the outstanding tasks to the client in real time, for them to accomplish. Their back up office team are proactive and never shy away from assisting an intermediary such as us or a client, if they have a difficulty, a question or require additional training on the portal. Auto Enrolment is not complicated but for those who are not familiar with it, this is definitely the Smart way forward."

The help I have had has been absolutely outstanding. In this day and age where helplines often fail dismally to live up to their description it is immensely satisfying to use one as helpful as yours. "I found Smart Pension on the Government Auto-Enrolment website as one of their suggested providers. Their website is easy to navigate, helps you along the way to complete tasks, and shows you what is left to do. It also shows all of the reference numbers for your business should you need them. The website also helps staff in their decision on whether to opt-in or opt-out, and the completion of their data. Finally, Customer Service have been excellent. Every question I have had, has been answered efficiently, advising me correctly and quickly to complete the process. The service has been excellent from start to finish."
